Ahh, Gérard Depardieu. France’s most celebrated actor and their most bulbous-nosed critic. When he’s not filming 900 upcoming French films — our favorite being a movie called Bellamy, where we can only assume he is playing beloved host of Yo! MTV Raps, Bill Bellamy — he’s busy Depardieu-ing what the French do best: Smelling and eating cheese while in Germany. Also holding up giant pepper grinders. You know what they say about a man with a giant pepper grinder? He finds your food très bland.
Anyway, for those of you who have always had a special place in the oversized 4th chamber of your heart for this man, the following photo gallery is not to be missed. Never forget his best performance, singing “Thank Heaven for Little Girls” in My Father the Hero.
