We’ve all seen those Tumblrs where people take quotes from one thing and put them overtop another thing to create photos of both things, causing us to smile and agree “I like both those things!” An example, off the top of my head: Ron Swanson Newsies! (Pic of young Christian Bale holding up newspaper, with caption telling people to do one thing whole-assed). Everybody wins!
This Tumblr, “Arrested Downtown” – a combination of Downton Abbey screenshots with Arrested Development quotes – is about the best one of these Tumblrs there can possibly be. Here’s one excellent example:
