Things jumping off of ledges are rarely — if ever — cute. Unless those things are a basketful of newborn baby ducklings, birthed on the 2nd story windowsill of a local bank. Banker Joel Armstrong saw the ducklings hatch outside of his own office window, and knowing that these lil babies would jump to their own deaths in search of water, did the only thing he could think of: Stand underneath them and catch them on a duck by duck basis.
