The Office’s David Wallace in the Early 90s = Still Sexy

Frequent readers of this website by now are familiar with my obsession with actor Andy Buckley, better known as the stern but kind-hearted silver fox manager David Wallace on NBC’s The Office. In fact, my love for Andy/David was so great that the man himself sent me a small note of gratitude (now framed) along with a bona fide Dunder Mifflin mug, which I still lovingly fill with my tears on a daily basis. When it comes to David Wallace and all things associated with him, our love knows no bounds. (Which is why we tried to dial it back for fear of seeming, you know, “creepy” and “sad.” See also: Jon Hamm.)

But the following footage found by reader AnnaGH is absolutely too golden to be ignored. It features a younger, stealthier, pre-bankier Andrew Buckley on the hit (?) television series Silk Stalkings from 1993. Here is Andrew in all his studly glory: With his shirt off, playing tennis, signature locks blowing in the breeze, talking about Kama Sutra and the like. Oh, he also might have killed a lady. His B!!

Savor this, America:

Thank you for all you’ve given the world, Andy. We’ll always be here for you, through your preppier, murdery times and all.
