As though the tragedies of Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett’s deaths were not sad enough, now we learn that Vanity Fair scrapped a Mad Men cover story, replete with photoshoots by genius photog Annie Liebowitz, opting instead for an MJ and Farrah tribute issue.
