Anyone who has ever owned a cat has unquestionably seen their beloved pet tap another creature to death with its paws. It’s just in their nature: Murder by tapping. In my Miami household, all variety of animals were tapped to their maker: Palmetto bugs, giant ants, lizards with their tails carefully removed and delicately placed into my cat’s stomach via his mouth.
But did you ever think of how the poor animal feels? Of course not. Until today. In the following video, we witness two quite adorable felines coming across a tiny spider with an incredible will to live. But sadly, the little 8-legged bastard never stood a chance. This is at once heart-breaking and cuddly.
