Last week was full of people that could have received the title of “Best Week Ever.” Miss California was allowed to keep her title while a confused America struggled to remember who actually won that pageant. Joan Rivers defied Annie Duke (and, possibly, the mafia) and won The Celebrity Apprentice. A whole bunch of celebrities got naked. But, all of that paled in the comparison to the beloved Internet phenomenon Keyboard Cat, who was honored with the first ever posthumous “Best Week Ever” award.
