THE SPEIDI CHRONICLES: Mixed Martial Arts!

On Friday, these photos came out of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt learning the arts mixed martial with Kevin Casey (with whom Spencer is making some sort of reality show???). I gotta say, I’m impressed with physical prowess of these two – to be able to hold such intense poses for the photographer for minutes at a time, wow!
