I’ve seen plenty of amazing last-second buzzer-beating basketball shots in my day (con sarnit) but this clip of an Alabama high school kid whipping a ball the length of the court with one hand to win a game impressed even my grumpy, jaded-by-the-internet ass (though my first reaction was “FAAAAAKKKKEEE!!!! GAAYYYYYYYY!!!! GAAAAAYYYKKEEEE!!!”)
I’m probably ten years older than this kid and already he’s had a more triumphant moment in his life than I likely ever will. Unless you consider beating the Nintendo game Life Force without the Konami code more impressive. I do.
