Seriously, is PETA now a parody of itself? In a statement released yesterday, PETA has requested that Ben & Jerry’s replace the cow milk used in their ice cream with HUMAN BREAST MILK.
Apparently they were inspired by the Swiss restaurant owner who made the switch from cow to human milk in his dishes. PETA says that if Ben & Jerry would make this move, it would lessen the suffering of cows and improve the lives/health of humans. Really? Aside from the whole breast milk in my ice cream problem, it’s just not realistic. Last time I checked, Ben & Jerry’s makes almost $300 million in annual sales. That’s a LOT of ice cream. Which would mean a LOT of human boobs. And there’s just no way you could keep production going without a considerable amount of humans suffering in the process. There may be a way, but even then, it may not be enough…find out what it is (pretend you don’t know what I’m about to do), after the jump.
