Every summer needs its signature cocktail, and as an alternative to the Michael Phelps Dirty Pool Water Slammer, I’d like to humbly suggest the Absolut Galifianakistini, inspired by this commercial, which mixes Absolut Vodka with a delicious combination of shame, sadness and frosting. Why as a matter of fact, I’m enjoying one right now (they’re best in the mornings). Zach himself didn’t have much to say about the drink recipe, other than he doesn’t remember writing it.
