It’s Thursday!! Once again, we’ve almost made it through a dreary August week. (Though, to be fair, the weather in New York has been delightfully mild. I digress.) So, to celebrate what summer is all about, I’ve put on my water wings, and eased into the deepest depths of Youtube to compile the following list: 10 Videos of Cats Swimming. One of them will look awfully familiar as I posted it last week. Relive its glory, and marvel at 9 other amazingly cute and hopefully not too abused felines in the high and low seas.
10. Tiny Feet in Deep Lake. Of all the videos listed here, it’s the cinematography choices that make this one a favorite. Tiny cat legs kicking! 0:21 is borderline (i.e. literally) cat porn.
9. The Sneak-Up-Behind-A-Cat-Drinking-From-Pool Prank. The following video is akin to tapping a cat on the opposite shoulder from behind and then laughing when he turns his small head in the wrong direction. Meaning, it is hilarious and timeless. Cruel? Barely.
8. TERRIFIED WHITE CAT TAKES TO POOL LIKE “SEA OTTER.” Cruel? Yes. Featuring the news anchor that weeps for our future.
