Our old buddy John Mayer is truly the best – even when he’s not engaged in guitar heroics, he’s always got some wacky hijinx up his sleeve to entertain us with. The latest bit of tomfoolery is his proactive attempt to grow and maintain an authentic 80′s style feathered haircut. You can see the progress he’s made at your right, and while John’s already cited some good feather-haired role models (which I won’t repeat), one can never really have enough inspiration for such a noble endeavor, so I’ve quickly put together a list of the ten people who, in my opinion, most embody this outrageously awesome hairstyle.
