You see, her ass is really big. So if she walked backwards, the bump that is normally her ass would be in the front, which is what appears to be happening in this picture, although in reality it is just that she’s pregnant. But nonetheless, trust me, her ass is really big, so if she were walking backwards, it might not look exactly like this, but this is kind of a comical exaggeration of what it would look like.
