Earlier I posted the movie poster for Sandra Bullock’s new romantic comedy, The Proposal, and now the trailer has hit the web. I’m totally going to see this movie. Why? Well, (1) Ryan Reynolds is adorable, (2) it looks exactly like Green Card but without any of the Enya or Gérard Depardieu, (3) in my mentally unstable state, I’m in the mood for something incredibly predictable, and (3) the special effects. Special effects? Yes. Check out the shot of Ryan driving a boat at the 2:03 mark (and anytime the Alaskan frontier is shown in the background). It looks so real.
