How could a video of a crazy European circus dude on The View forcing puppies to do tricks and pretending to get knocked over and rolled around while wacky stock circus music plays NOT be the most amazing clip you’ll ever see? Answer: Because the tricks are so lame, the dogs barely even want to perform them.
