I’ve been somewhat mum about my election thoughts so far, mostly because “discussing politics” is my absolute least favorite verb-noun combination to ever do, but I figure, it’s Friday, the big election is coming up, and the future of our country hangs in the balance, so I might as well come clean and tell you my vote.
I am voting for “WOMAN” in the upcoming Maury Povich Transgender Election Special:
“Time to Vote! Born Man or Women?” will feature transgender candidates and women, with the audience invited to guess which is which, on Chicago Tribune parent Tribune Co.’s WGN-Ch. 9.
“This is probably the most important election in our country’s history … not that the one with Barack Obama and John McCain doesn’t count,” Povich cracked, according to the release.
Whew, it feels good to get that off my chest. My man chest. That was never a woman chest. I don’t have moobs, alright?? God damn, why this this election so divisive??
(Excuse to use the “Moobs” tag twice in one day? Check.)
