Hilary Duff has a new video out for her song, “Reach Out,” which sounds like what you’d get if you took Depeche Mode’s “Personal Jesus,” repeatedly fed it to a cockroach, and then collected the cockroach’s poo over many years, let it rot in a jar, then cook it up in a pot, shove it into a toothpaste tube, accidentally brush your teeth with it, and then vomit it up into your cat’s litter box.
Did I hear a sort-of quote from Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” in there too? At the very least she stole her look from early Madonna. I know I sound like I’m 90 years old when I say this…but can’t anybody write anything original anymore? Or are we all out?
