Beyonce has a new song out called “If I Were A Boy,” and it’s emotional. I’m going to start by saying that I LIKE BEYONCE. So don’t be coming on here telling me I have a flat azz and a face like a foot and that I’m just jealous. (Sorry…I had a very bad experience when a video I did for AOL, making fun of Beyonce’s dancing, landed on the AOL Welcome Screen.) Aaaanyway…
In the song, Beyonce imagines what it’s like to be a boy: you get to sleep late, drink beer, turn off your cellphone and cheat on your girlfriend. But then she turns it around, you see, and says, that if she were a boy, “I swear I’d be a better man.” ZING!!! This song got my thinking though…if I were a boy, what would I do?
