This past weekend, Fox News’ regularly scheduled “All Heath, All The Time” coverage was rudely interrupted by Montel Williams, who showed up on Fox & Friends and started talking about troops dying and media responsibility and all this other jive the friendly morning show folks simply weren’t hearing. Things got a little awkward.
