Last night, after an incredibly exciting sold out showing of The Dark Knight, I performed my post-movie ritual of skimming through the always entertaining message boards over at IMDB. The forums usually bring up plot holes, favorite quotes, and opinions that you don’t really see anywhere else, as they come from America’s dirty masses.
And it was here, in between the Two-Face theories and Heath Ledger tributes that I came across the following short exchange. A forum posting that, in my opinion, sums up Maggie Gyllenhaal‘s performance as Rachel Dawes in The Dark Knight quite nicely. Just a small discussion between two gentlemen known online as “Pimptaddyone” and the opinionated but thoughtful pundit known as “PenisLasagna“.
