This season’s The Bachelor: London Calling is shaping up to be pretty much like every other Bachelor: Hot guy makes out with various desperate women on national television, then tosses them aside like so many used Swiffer wipes and tries to round second with the rest. Last night, this season’s debonair Bachelor, English down to the very rosacea in his cheeks, carelessly discarded a 22-year-old Helen Hunt lookalike named Ashlee whose personality brought to mind “boring zombie who is also high.” Ashlee is an aspiring country singer, and while we would normally like to say “don’t quit your day job”, we’re not sure if you can quit being a reality TV whore.
Last night, Bachelor Matt took the time to listen to a special song Ashlee wrote for him, spent about a minute making out with her, and then sent her home. Girl was crushed. It seems Matt isn’t a big fan of country music or “acid jazz”. In the following video, check out Ashlee’s heart-wrenching goodbye video, replete with terrible song choked out through the tears. It’s like watching Picayune Idol. Only, it’s true love y’all!
Side Note: If this Bachelor character really wants to earn that Green Card, he better get on the sh*tty country music bandwagon right quick.
