Who among us has never publicly experienced a momentary lapse of brain function that embarassingly resulted in a forgotten fact, a familiar name we can’t recall, a simple word we’ve somehow forgotten how to spell, or a matter-of-fact statement suggesting a total misunderstanding of the most elementary, universally-accepted facts about the make-up of our planet? So don’t give Sherri Shepherd such a hard time for vehemently insisting the earth might just be flat yesterday on The View. It’s not like she had a globle in front of her, and who HASN’T been confused by this at some point (prior to the 15th century)?
