Here’s the deal: Apparently in the Philippines there were a string of movies in the 90s featuring a 2-foot-9 martial artist named Weng Weng as a government enforcer known as Agent 00. Think of him as Lil’ James Bond. But in Asian. And this music video features clips from the movies set to a Weng Weng rap. Exactly how bad-assed is the little man?
