So at around 3 PM today, I headed over to my favorite LOLCAT Website on the net, I Can Has Cheezburger, which never fails to get my LOLcopter blades a-whirlin’. Things started off innocent enough, with this being the top photo on the site:

Cute, I thought. Not lactatingly brilliant, certainly, but passable. So I kept scrolling, hoping to find another updated pic, only to see this:

And I was like “I Don’t Get It.” (staring) “That’s Not Really Funny At All.”

Then I realized it was an ad, I guess trying to lure doctors to donate their services for free? And I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but I maybe the folks trying to raise money for needy, disfigured children shouldn’t a. be posting on a site primarily created to find a walrus’ bucket and b. make said ad look like, you know, a F**KING LOLCAT PICTURE. At least, if you’re going to make it look LOLly, go whole hog with the thing, you know? Like this, for example:
