Toasting History’s Favorite Fictional Musicians
GrÅ«pthink has a list of favorite fictional musicians. (Thanks for the tip, Holotone.) There’s some pretty funny stuff on there like Milli Vanilli, Zack Attack!, and the BC-52s, but we’re not sure we can actually consider some of them fictional. Wonder what the definition is … like Gwar? The Monkees? Um, OOIOO? We appreciate the super obscure stuff like Adrian Leverkuhn of Thomas Mann’s novel Dr. Faustus. Of course, once you get past 40, most of ‘em only have a single vote and get pretty minor, but hey. Before we get started, we need to lobby for Dr. Teeth and Co., who are pinned at 18. Totally top 5 material.
