You had thought–and by “thought” I mean “hoped”–that we were done with the Terminator. But it was not to be. Last week the Hollywood brain trust announced that there’d be more Terminator films. And on top of that FOX has decided that when American Idol returns next January, it will come with a robot escort: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The show will follow Sarah Connor (Goodbye Linda Hamilton, Hello 300′s Lena Headey!) as she tries to keep her son John safe from slightly low-budget cyborgs from the future. Plus there’s a hottie female Terminator along for the ride! Check out the trailer below. I’m just waiting for the crossover episode when the female Terminator gets to fight NBC’s Bionic Woman.
