While I am not a regular viewer of Law & Order (I’m usually spending the 14 hours a week it’s on slamming phones, crying, and begging forgiveness from others), I will certainly be tuning into the show they are devoting to the Anna Nicole Smith death saga. A few days ago, it was announced that Buffy the Vampire Slayer Kristy Swanson would lobotomize herself on screen and play the late Trimspa spokesmodel — a good choice. But today an NBC press release revealed that none other than David Cross would be playing the part of creepy Howard “The K Stands for Kreepy and/or Killer” Stern. As if her death couldn’t get any more hilarious, now Tobias Fünke himself grabs the lead on a hit show! As our favorite Arrested Development character once said:
Give me a chance to tell the bard’s tale and I give you my word on humble knee whence you shall not say it wasn’t e’r to be.
Oh this will be good indeed. We’ll be busy getting our Anna Nicole Smith peeps ready in time for the event.
